UNDATED (KDAL) - The cost for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline is now averaging 3.57 in the U-S with some spots already over 4 dollars a gallon. It is the highest they have ever been at this time of year. In Minnesota, the average is now 3.50 which is a four month high and compares to 3.16 a gallon last year at this time. In Duluth prices range from 3.39 to 3.47 a gallon according to Minnesota Gas Prices.com
