DULUTH, Min (KDAL) - A questionnaire is being sent to a random sample of 1200 citizens of Duluth over the next several weeks. It's part of the National Citizen Survey which asks about quality of life issues and how well the city communicates with the public. The results of the survey will be included in a final report to be issued in the fall. Duluth was one of the first Minnesota cities to use the annual survey which began three years ago. The results of the first two can be found on the city of Duluth website.
