A former three term mayor of Superior is back home and wants to be mayor again.  Bruce Hagen will officially announce his candidacy on Sunday at the Fairlawn Mansion and Museum.  Hagen says his bid for mayor is about his desire to bring his extensive and successful leadership experiences to work for the community.  Hagen was upset in his bid for a 4th term as mayor of Superior by Herb Bergson in 1987.  Current mayor, Dave Ross, is running for Lt. Governor of Wisconsin and has not decided if he will run again for mayor if he doesn't win the state job.
